Instructor Mary was peaceful and patient in leading the beginner class. It was my first formal yoga experience and I greatly appreciate her encouragement that it is a journey. Each journey is unique, ALL are welcome and I could feel it the moment I stepped through the door. If anyone wants to stay a beginner they can. If a beginner wants to try a higher level they can. Again, all are welcome. A very opening experience and I could feel the light energy coming through at the end of the session. My heart chakra has been blocked for various reasons and why I ventured to Yoga Centric. It was a healing experience. I am so very thankful!
