Not a tanning person. Went out of curiosity for the red light therapy. While I admit I went for the aesthetic use (fine lines/wrinkles!) I think it may have helped relieve the starting of some back pain. Not completly convinced but i would say it would be worth a try! CLEAN,FRIENDY service. Very happy with the experience.
