Hypnosis with Kris Carter was a wonderful experience~! I would recommend to anyone wishing to put their subconscious mind to work for them, rather than against.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out about hypnosis and how well it works. Definately advantageous for stress.

My wife used this for quitting smoking, and had tried hypnosis in the past with some success. This time she craved a cigarette 3 times on the way home, and even with the reinforcement recording, she went back to full smoking in 24 hours. Less than effective.

It was o.k. to just relax for an hour. I thought the regular price for the sessions was way to expensive and i probably won't go back.
