Tips to share? No... But it's a very nice gym, with almost all the equipment you could possibly want. I was especially keen on finding Stairmasters and spinning bikes, and they have both -- the latter in great profusion. (Ask for the spinning bike studio, where these are tucked out of sight). A lot of weight lifters are attracted to the place but, overall, there's a very nice mixture of treadmill users, general fitness devotees and hardcore lifters. And none of the four times I've been there (so far) has it been terribly crowded... unlike Planet Fitness, for example. Oh, yeah, lest I forget: the staff have been nice and very helpful as well.

When I signed up told her I just needed a treadmill so the girl didn't tell me about anything else. Would of been nice to know about classes, bathrooms, and spray to clean equipment when done.
