The guy didn't listen to how I wanted it cut. I said several times I did NOT want it to be shorter than shoulder length...it's shorter, significantly. I waited 20+min before he even started. Then They ran out of hot water...wth...so they didn't shampoo it. He said he could but I'd gave to wait another 10-15min. The stylist was also hungover and really just didn't listen to what I wanted. Won't ever be going back or recommending.

I purchased what I thought was going to be for a Brazilian blowout but was actually a split end treatment for someone whom already had a Brazilian blowout. I did not find out about this until the stylist was halfway through with the service which really upset me. I came in with my hair very wavy and frizzy so you could clearly tell I did not already have a blowout. The professional thing you would think they would have done is told me was that this service was for those with the blowout already in place but they went forward with the treatment without doing so. Also, my stylist was very impersonal. She barely talked to me which was very offsetting. I would not recommend going here.
