The instructor is very good with kids. Class is filled with lots of fun and physical exercise as well as discipline.

If you're child has fallen into the "softy" category or lazy or afraid or bullied, this is a great program. My boys really enjoy it and I love that the instructor is a strong positive male which they don't see too often in school. Good work out and discipline.
