Brother-sister duo Massih and Nazanine Nabaiee have both been training in the martial arts for more than three decades—and both have a black belt to prove it. At Nabaiee's Family Martial Arts, they intertwine different martial art disciplines including Tae Kwon Do, Jiu Jitsu, and Thai kickboxing to cater to both kids and adults. And although the MMA classes are workouts themselves, the instructors also lead some more traditional fitness classes such as kettlebell training and yoga.
