They did a great job, loved my cut and the subtle highlights. Plan on a good amount of time though as I had to wait a lot for the teacher to come and check on the students work, but was worth it.

As soon as I called to schedule the appointment I was beyond impressed. The receptionist was suuuuupppper professional and just friendly. I work in customer service so I know the struggle it is to ALWAYS give extra of yourself to others to enhance their experience. I fail at it often. So I was overly impressed. The tech who did my microdermation was nice. The microderm was a bit uncomfortable because the tech was a student but overall I am satisfied.

My experience was amazing. It was my 1st time coming to this location and my stylist ( I forgot her name) but she was great. She treated me with great customer service and straighten my hair and gave me loose curls hair style that was perfect for the wedding i was attending that day. Sadly but proud to have her for she was graduating from the school soon so i will have to find another stylist to maintain my hair when i visit this salon again. But overall great experience!!
