While the customer service was excellent, Pacifico Day Spa was the dirtiest salon I have ever been to. There were ants in the towels! I could never go back due to the amount of dirt and dust I witnessed. Which is a shame, because I really liked how my nails turned out and the attention I was given.

It would have been better if there wasnt so many layers painted on to wear my gel nails peeled off in 2 days.
