Course is very run down and the focal point of the course is suppose to be this rock formation with a waterfall and water continuing to flow through the course which should come into play on some holes. Well the waterfall does not work and appears to have not worked for some time...the water appears to be rancid. The green carpeting on the holes all have black mold and loose rocks around them.

Very dirty and needs to be cleaned immediately Trash was everywhere There was even a sock!!
