I give BIG thumbs up to the Grismer located at 6075 Westerville Rd., Westerville, OH. The Grismer in downtown Columbus located at 300 South 4th St.,Columbus, OH gets a thumbs down. Don't go to this one. They over schedule, their work is rushed and they forget small details like resetting the dash "check engine" notifications. The downtown location also suggested I get work done on my car that was not needed. The Westerville Grismer seems way more honest.
