Staff was extremely helpful and delivery was right on time. They set up the bed and took away all trash. Very efficient.

The service provided by my salesman was excellent! The delivery men were not able to fit the purchased boxspring in my bed frame, so I was left with my old boxspring and the new mattress. When I notified my salesman, he assured me that the company would build me a new boxspring if necessary. As it turned out, another pair of delivery men were able to set the purchased boxspring into my frame and all was resolved. I certainly appreciated the determination of the salesman to see that I was satisfied with my purchase. Please do not publish my name online.

We LOVE our new mattress. Gary Reams gave us excellent customer service, kept us updated on our order - we will definatly be recommending mattress mart and Gary to our family & friends!
