Twin brothers Garrett and Nicholas Athenas have established a family business based on wellness. As a certified holistic nutrition educator and a certified nutritional therapist, they meet with clients to dispense lifestyle advice with holistic health in mind. They examine each client's history, goals, and current fitness before prescribing an optimal program, incorporating multivitamins along with dietary and exercise regimens as needed. They also conduct lab tests and stress response tests that aim to reduce anxiety.
