About Rosati System of Modern Martial Arts

Michael Rosati now teaches self-defense, strength, and flexibility through Krav Maga to men, women, and children at Smithtown Krav Maga. He also draws on his years in the US Marine Corps and as a codeveloper of a defensive-tactics program for the New York Police Department and SWAT team to develop his studio's krav maga classes. Krav maga classes combine a variety of elements, including self-defense and fitness, and help its students further develop core strength.
