I really enjoyed the foot detox as well as the mani/pedi and would definitely recommend both! I think the manicure and pedicure was one of the best I've ever had as Metrice really took her time to do a great job!

I went to my scheduled appointment - mani/pedi/foot detox. The foot detox was ok except for the fact that I sat in the waiting area, behind a couch, and did the foot detox. It was not done in a relaxing or private environment. At all. The mani/pedi was the worst I have had in my entire life. The nail tech was sweet but the experience and service was less than good. In fact, it was terrible. My pedicure was done in a room using a Conair foot soak machine (that you can buy at Walmart). My cuticles were not clipped (although she used the nail nippers like she was doing something with them - sometimes never actually touching my toenail) - nor were my toenails buffed at any point during the pedicure. She basically rubbed my feet with lotion and polished them. My manicure was much worse. I have pictures to prove how bad it was. The same goes for the nail nippers. She filed them (very little), nipped (rather pretended to nip) them, didn't buff my nails once, did NOTHING to my cuticles except put oil on them and put very little shellac (as I wanted a gel manicure) on them. She could barely get any of the shellac coating out of the bottle - turning it upside down and wiggling the wand in the bottle. I watched the brush come out of the bottle - there was nothing on it. What she did put on my nails & "cured" was very little and left my nails looking "gunky" - not smooth and gel-like. Not even close. She even dumped the remaining acetone (nail polish remover) out of the cap (what she was "cleaning up my nails" with) back into the bottle of acetone. I'm not a dirty person that has dirty nails so I think the next person that gets that acetone will be fine - but still, not sanitary.
