Do you adhere to any sustainable or eco-friendly practices?

Our products are made with Texas-grown, organic, Non-GMO corn. Our spent grain is used for animal feed by local farmers.

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?

Our distillery is a Grain to Glass operation. We begin with Texas grown corn and follow through the distilling process with all of the products made in-house.

Dress for the weather - the facility is partially open to the elements. Other than that, it was lots of fun. Bring some cash to buy the mixed drinks.
