Class is good for kids but instructors waste too much time playing around and are not too attentive on children's form during exercises. Furthermore, they dedicate too much time on games, ex 30 min on dodgeball alone!

Almost 2 weeks in and I love boot camp. I look forward to getting up to make it to 5:30a class. I get in an awesome workout before I start my day. It's challenging enough for me to be encouraged to keep pushing through.
