There are a ton of Pilates places in my area but I enjoyed this the most of all I have tried. The personnel was friendly, warm, and HELPFUL. That is missing in many places. Love the energy. Work-out was great, too!

Super accommodating to my crazy life! Instructor was specific and corrected me when I was positioned incorrectly +++ I need to use good form or i can mess up my back so like that they focus on that aspect which is key to long term health and fitness
