I'm happy I was able to be a part of Yoga Source Plantation, the studio is large, clean and very nicely decorated. Paul is the BEST yoga instructor. Its was my first time and he eased into every movement and that allowed me to follow without any difficulty.

It was extraordinary. I was impressed by the knowledge of professor Miriam Soto. I let her know I was pregnant and she basically mixed regular asanas with prenatal yoga asanas. She made sure she called my name every time she wanted me to do something different. It was an amazing class. I could feel the good energy and all the positivism coming from her. I will definitely be back to her classes. Thank you so much to Yoga Source Plantation.
