I visited several years ago, so hopefully this has changed. They passed the large loofah type files between customers right in front of us. They did not use brand new nail files per customer as NC state health laws require. My friend is a state inspector, so I am well aware of the hygiene laws, and they did not comply. Perhaps they have a new way of doing business now.
