My only thing was I think is when they do the nails and the pedicure is that they should at least Shape the nails if they need to be filed I just thought that was kind of strange, If you going to call yourself a spa.

The music was to loud, it was hard to carry on a conversion with the girl doing my childs services.

I liked the glitter in the hair. And the fizzy they put in the water for your hands and feet. But, the most horrible thing was later that day, all the nail polish peeled off of my toes and it was all gone!!

The manager in Winston Salem is trying to manage the Charlotte office as well. It is very difficult to get an appointment. Once I arrived, the Charlotte employee told me I did not have an appointment. I explained to her my appointment was made by the Winston Salem manager. This business has poor customer service.
