If you are not in pretty good shape and coordinated, try doing a boot camp class first rather than surf class. If you wanna play with the big boys and girls, come to the surf class. Way more fun than anything. Except surfing is more fun.

Second best boot camp I've been to. I'm an avid runner and I've tried several boot camps in the OC.
