Amazing atmosphere ! ! ! They give you confidence and that extra bit more energy you need to crush the day. I am new from Wisconsin and they know how to welcome new people to gym. Very giving and caring to their members and new members. Thank You Crossfit Orange:) JJ

Im happy and seeing great results! Just wish I would have known about CrossFit sooner. When you first walk in you can get a bit intimidated if/when you compare yourself to those who have been doing it for years. I’ve learned that the only person I have to compete with is myself and being better than yesterday is my goal. Give it a chance with the right mindset and you will get so much out of it!

I’m not fit and haven’t been working out much but would very much like to get into shape. I love the instructor here, she made the workout very doable and really cares for you to do it right. I’ve never been to place like this and on my first day I loved it. Highly recommend. Marie is the best !

Intro classes are awesome even if you are an experienced worker-outer. Everyone is really nice and approachable and you see all different shapes, sizes, and experience levels working out. Glad to know I wasn’t the only rookie. Come hydrated and be prepared to sweat. Ask questions and know who your sweating with.

I emailed the Company yesterday with a few questions. Kyle (co-owner) responded incredibly promptly and answered all my questions. So if anyone is wondering YES! THEY DO HAVE A SHOWER! I did first 101 this morning with Miguel and am incredibly pleased. These guys are professional, motivating and truly care about form and technique. I’ve found my box and can’t wait to get fully rolling!
