My friend said that his steak was the best he ever had. I had the tuna appetizer that was to die for! The wine selection was also excellent. What a wonderful experience.

Excellent meal, but the wait between courses was too long. Also, if we hadn't been seated near the window we couldn't have read the menu due to the dim light. Servers were great.

The service and staff were second-to-none. Parking in the Marriot Hotel garage made access convenient- and free- even during Christmas time. We had salmon and the beef filet with bernaise sauce and crab, and mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything was fabulous and it was the most incredible piece of beef I've ever had any where in any country. Utah has great options for steak houses these days I'm happy to say, and Prime tops the list. I can't wait to go back! - F.H. Bountiful, UT

The Prime Steak House has extraordinary atmosphere, superb food, incredible service, and the live music tops it all off. We generally don't go out to higher-end establishments like the Prime Steak House, but it is worth every penny!

Great service and delicious food! I do wish we could have been closer to the piano. I loved the music...wonderful musician!! Our steak was even better than Ruth Chris. Great fries, and my ahi was unique and SO GOOD!
