The service I have received at Paul Mitchell has been excellent! These students are great at color, foils, and styling. They are under the close supervision of their teachers. The only drawback is time. Because it is a school, things take a little longer than at a professional salon. That said, the students are eager to please, friendly, and make every effort to be sure your experience is a pleasant one.

My stylist did an excellent job, however I feel the teachers could have been a bit more attentive. I had an appointment at 12:15pm and did not leave until after 6pm. Like I said my stylist was very attentive to detail and the end result was amazing but had she been guided a bit more the appointment wouldn't have been so long. If you have a simple style/cut/and or color I would recommend using them

This is the second time I have gone there. They are always friendly. It may take a while but it has been a good experience both times.

My experience was awesome at Paul Mitchell the school in Rhode Island they are very attentive and the atmosphere was great it was Halloween everyone was dressed up it was just a great experience for students that did my hair did a awesome job and the teachers help guide them to success very happy with the way my hair came out I will definitely go there again !!
