Mostly good. Occasionally carpets are not spot free, and occasionally car still has bug splat remains.

They really work at providing a top notch service. I always make sure I have a few bucks to give a ~10% tip if they do a really nice job on the prep/wipe down. Don't worry, they'll give you cash too if you pay by CC.
