Did a great job. Was a couple of days before I even knew that they did the aeriation. Would have preferred to know they were coming or left a note that they were there.

Tech came after rain and grass was very wet. He drove aerator very fast on lawn and when he stopped, turned or restarted grass was torn out. Our lawn had many patches of dead grass. He also rode over edged beds crushing edges.

For lawn aeration they drove a machine. parts of my yard were torn up even though we had no rain the prior two weeks, but my lawn slopes so machine tore up grass in spots. Also, plugs were very small and they missed plenty of spots in my yard. Plugs so small within a week did not see any laying on top of lawn anymore

When they came to aerate the ground was rock hard from the drought and heat wave. Got little benefit from the service.

They never showed up (twice) nor called. They claimed, after I called them, that weather was a factor and the would have to postpone for one month. I was not happy about that, but you can't control Mother Nature. They didn't show up again, I called and left a message and never got a return call. Never again - and you have no idea the amount of new business that they will never get.
