They were very exact in explaining what needed to be done to get the bike in good condition again. The estimate of charges was exactly as stated. The bike is fixed as promised.

If you have a bike to be repaired this is the place to go. They seemed as excited as I was about getting my vintage bike cleaned up and repaired. They are knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I live in Copley and I would still go there for any bike repairs,the longer drive is worth it.

So glad to have a local bike shop in my city. I've been in bike shops where they look at you like why are you here; we're our own club. But the folks at KC were cool and welcoming. They seem to have just about everything you might need. I'll be looking for an excuse to go back there.
