Our certified technicians are not salesman, therefore there is no pressure to "buy" additional services from our company. Our job is to "educate" not to "sell". If repairs are needed, we will email an estimate for your review. No on the spot estimates are given, unless requested.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Safety is our #1 priority. Keeping our communities safe from chimney and dryer vent fires.

What do you love most about your job?

Working with customers, knowing we are keeping their families safe.

Certified Chimney showed up on time and appeared to be incredibly thorough. They cleaned out 2 fireplaces, took numerous photos and provided a lot of bad news. The photos prove the problems. However, I can't really rate them with 5 stars unless and until I get the work done and see improvement in the operations of the fireplace. I do believe they are excellent diagnosticians. If I can afford the therapy, I'll write more.

Extremely disappointed in this company. Terrible customer service. Was never email appointment confirmation like I was promised. Tried calling several times no answer. Received an email 1 hour before appointment time saying they need to reschedule for next week no explanation no phone call. Needless to say don't waste your money would give no stars if I could since all they did was waste my time.
