DYC has the most amazing yoga instructors and classes. I took Restorative with Chris on Friday evening. Chris is really attentive to individual's issues and modifies the experience based on what the attendees most need to work on. I also enjoyed meeting some of the attendees; it was a great experience all around and will return.

I love your classes! Started less than a week ago but I feel so happy to have found such a great place. Everyone has been so welcoming and nice - I don't feel awkward or intimated to come back.
