I'm having a great time riding!

Once I finally got a lesson scheduled everything went smoothly. However, trying to get the first lesson was difficult......no telephone contact, only exchange of emails.....and I don't sit at my computer all day waiting for a response. That was very frustrating. After that hurdle was cleared, I found the personel very friendly and cooperative. Sarah is a great instructor.

Continue to build relationships with customers by greeting, offering assistance and giving good instruction. I didn't receive follow up from my initial call or email to set up lessons. Had to contact Melanie directly for immediate response. Currently waiting for an answer to my email a rescheduled lesson. Would appreciate a faster follow up.

Everyone was very helpful and treated my frightened daughter with kindness and dignity.
