I was pleased with the tech who came to my condo - he did a thorough job in efficient manner and did answer my questions and gave me information about the process. In fact, I got a written estimate from him to clean my dining room chairs and will be calling for an appointment soon.

I had problem in scheduling appointment but once scheduled the job was done very well. The person who cleaned the carpet was very courteous and responsive.

I will NEVER use this company again. The representative came into my home to clean my carpet and 30 minutes late he was finish. I still have spots and dirt in my carpet, & most of the carpet is not even wet. It was a waste of my money and time. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I was told they basicly had one man for the jobs that day. My appt was early and he didnt get here till 3hrs later. He finished so fast. I thought the carpet would have looked cleaner then it did. (Expecially with washable face paint on the floor). They say the carpet will be dry within two hrs. No! Took about 24hrs till it was fully dry. Was not satisfied with this company.
