What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?Pneuma offers yoga and other movement classes for students of all levels, ages and sizes. What makes Pneuma unique is that it's classes are taught in a Christ-centered format, so that students are developing physical, mental, emotional as well as spiritual health.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?My inspiration for Pneuma was that it be a place where people grow in wellness, while supporting each other in community.

What do you love most about your job?Seeing people make strides they never thought they could.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?A student had gone from a life of pain and inactivity to one of mobility and strength and activity! Claiming the practice was "life-changing "!
