Lisa was great! Super-friendly, collaborative about my color and she nailed my usual tone, even though that wasn't what was on my very grown-out head. She also listened and understood about my hair issues post-illness, etc., and the trim she gave me was just that- a little, perfect trim. She also makes jewelry and sells it in the shop. I will definitely be back!
