Not really only that if you want to achieve your ultimate fitness goals, broward crossfit is it plain and simple nothing more nothing less.

I just started and have never done crossfit before. They are very helpful explaining everything (the different moves, what to do and what not to do) Plus, I have a preexisting back injury which they take into consideration when I'm doing the class. Very understanding and knowledgeable! Great team!
