1. Ultra-casual; good for take out or a rush meal. Do NOT bring a date here. Panna Cafe is an extension of the Chevron station just west of the Turnpike on the north side of Stirling. 2. The huge pepito steak sandwich was very tasty. The chicken sub...not so good; a failed recipe. 3. The empanadas were the best we ever had. Varieties from three countries! 4. Service is fast and friendly. 5. We'll go back for a bag full of empenadas and freeze several for future lunches.
