They postponed my sitting without speaking with me but when I did the sitting everything panned out. The photographer was very friendly and professional. She took great pics. Good job!!

I have to say I haven't seen our actual photos yet, but our photographer Pete was wonderful! To keep a family of 6 (4 little kids) all calm and attentive is pretty hard to do and he did it with easy! He was creative with his poses and backgrounds. I got way more than I expected out of our session today and I would recommend him to anyone.

Service was very prompt, call between their business hours and you get to talk to a live person! The process of the photo shoot was explained in detail, where to meet, what time and what to expect. You get your photo reviews back the following week, just a slight problem with the promo code in ordering the photo. I emailed the company and got a response back the next day, problem solved.

Although he was late starting our session, he was perfect for photographing our kids. He said funny things to get them laughing and smiling and made them feel comfortable. This session took place at a beautiful park with several opportunities for amazing backgrounds. He said we will receive an email in 10 days with a link to our pictures and instructions to order.
