Great work

This company left our carpet in worse condition than before they came out. Though the owner tried to correct the stains left by coming out a second time (after having to call them several times to schedule an appointment), the chemicals used actually created a larger stain in our carpet. The owner was quick to place blame on our pet, stating that if they came back out, the stain would only get larger and there was nothing they could do unless we wanted to pay for them to cut / replace the affected area. We were able to use a Bissel cleaner and water to get rid of whatever chemical solution they left behind, so it would've saved a lot of time / headache had we just borrowed this machine sooner and cleaned it ourselves. The staff also did not wear shoe covers / take off their shoes upon entering our home, which I found quite unprofessional, particularly with the snow received.
