I wish the child care hours were longer. It is really just geared towards at home moms.

I wish they still had Emily teaching Spin. She was great. I also wish they updated the equipment. A bigger spin room would be great!

I think considering the space and lack of clientel Ten X should consider accepting limited number of men. The changing rooms are there and the space would be more fully utilized. I know at least three who would like a new gym. Since moving, the new location lacks the feeling of a clean space to work out. Maybe allowing men would result in more income to fix this space up more instead of putting surcharges on exhisting members. My only dissapointment and drawback to rejoining at this point would be the charges to loyal members.

I like the club cause it has 24 hour access. There are alot of good classes also. I''ve tried the spa a couple of times and would not go back. It's not relaxing and the employees are rude and unprofessional.

To have the facial and neck massage performed by the Spanish lady (sorry forgot her name), she was brilliant, the best facial I have ever had!!

The treatment room assigned to my technician was next to the men's locker room and for an 1/2 hour, I listened to men talking, showers running and toilets flushing. It wasn't as calm and relaxing as a facial should have been.
