A great experience; so much so that I am continuing to go back for other exercise classes and such. Anna really "rocks" as a personal trainer: very knowledgeable and is quite empathic with her clients. She listens Intently, genuinely cares about your personal concerns and needs, and tailors her treatment to best suit the individual client.
