Easy parking, not too busy in the morning. It will be better if they could bring some essential oil, would love to get some fresh or uplifting smell before and after sweaty.

We were running late, although it was our first time they were very accommodating and allowed us to finish our registration after class. Very kind and instructor Christine was nice and clear

Staff is amazing and friendly. Big smiles and encouragement all throughout. Quite professional and a very clean environment. I used the showers and they were prestige. Highly recommend this studio.

Been wanting to try this for a while now. Will admit the heat is intense and they encourage you to remain within the class. If you focus on your breathing, it gets easier. The facility is spacious and clean and the locker rooms were clean as well. The staff are friendly. Will be going back for sure.
