About Mia's Fabric Cafe

When her first grandchild was born, Anita Murphy set out to craft a quilt for the new baby. She worked with the help of her mother, an experience quilter, and has been "addicted to quilting” ever since, as she told Livingston Business and Real Estate Journal.

At Mia's Fabric Café, Murphy and her team share their passion with quilters and sewers of all experience levels. They were wonderful!!! I had NO IDEA how to do my quit and they spent an hour helping me figure out exactly what I needed to do and how much fabric I needed to do it!! AWESOME!!!

Bright store and friendly staff. Not an amazing number fabrics but what is there is current and fresh. I would definitely recommend this store to my quilting friends.

Mia's Fabric Cafe' is amazing. The fabric is of outstanding quality! As a beginning quilter, I had trouble figuring up the amount of fabric needed. She patiently took the time to figure it for me and made generous cuts, too. I highly recommend Mia's Fabric Cafe'.

This store is in a shopping strip across Hwy 16 from the Watson WalMart, so is easy to find. Smallish right now, but with potential for growth. Good selection of purple/gold and black/gold fabrics for the sports fans.
