About Harmony Yoga

Harmony Yoga helps people boost their flexibility and lengthen their breath at every stage of their lives—even before they're born. The studio's classic, hatha-based classes include prenatal yoga, as well as classes for teens, and adults. The curriculum ranges from gentle and restorative to more challenging intermediate classes, but no matter the approach the goal remains the same: to unlock balance for the mind, body, and spirit without using any cheat codes. And Harmony helps visitors do just that with more than yoga classes, too.
