Gave me a hard time about resetting my TPMS even after I showed them my manual to prove that's what the light was for (because they had no idea). Also, it took them hours to perform my service.

Customer service is key in any company and someone who walks in your door should be acknowledged. When we arrived and returned to pick our car we weren't greeted. Than we the conversation began we were talked to as if we were stupid!!
