I used to love Tootsies but the level of service & customer care has really gone down in the last few months. Every time I go in there are new nail techs which I see as a sign that the employees are unhappy.

The staff were not welcoming- I felt like I was intruding. The also just talked to each other about their private lives. Poor customer service.

Totally overrated. Snippy, unprofessional manager(s). Focus on bottom line not customer's satisfaction. So sad. Someday they'll learn negative feedback travels far and wide.
