If you notice they have a party going on the staff may get bogged down. When we went there was a big party and only 2 people working. Both of them were really nice to us despite other customers being consistently nasty to them. When the batting cages weren't working like they were supposed to due to the conveyor belt getting jammed they gladly replaced the tokens we had used. Also if you plan on go-karting be sure to wear close toed shoes. It is a safety hazard if you do not and you will not be allowed on the go-karts.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a very hot day, and they let us change our mini golf coupons in for tokens to the arcade. If we are out this way again we will for sure take the kids again.

The place is rundown a bit but I love it because it's not super busy so you aren't waiting in long lines for your turn. The mini-gulf and batting cages were awesome and the staff are really nice. The prices are reasonable.

Had not been there since the location became Pirates Plank found it to be cleaner and better maintained than the former JNC . The staff were also friendly. We will return

Cool place, kids had fun -- you can tell they are still learning the ropes as far as organization - but still it was a nice time.
