Very good massage. I highly recommend.
They are very attentive here. Great service.
Very friendly
My massage was pretty good however, I wish they could have made it a little more clearer that if you want the "oil" massage, you'll have to pay extra once you get there. Also, I don't think it's polite or professional to tell someone they forgot to tip (especially if you're the RECEPTIONIST)!!!!!
They spoke little to no English. It made it difficult to communicate. The description that was shown to me included a foot bath. I never got that. I asked after, and was told it's cuz many people don't like it (through a translation app on her phone).
The woman was very unprofessional, snapping gum in her mouth, sneezing without excusing herself to wash her hands, checking her cell phone when she thought I had my eyes closed. I would not recommend this place.
Terrible experience overall. Poor customer service. Pricing is not as advertised- had to pay an extra $20 to get what I “paid for”. If you want an actual massage, I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. I just had oil rubbed on my back in stroking motions for 20 minutes w/ no massage, followed by a short hand & foot massage. Masseuse was even texting during massage
I handed the receptionist a $10 bill after the massage and asked her to give me two $5. She said “nooooo!” and pointed at a sign that says that minimum tip for a $29 massage is something like $12 (!!!). I walked out and will not be back.
