The best place ! Knowledgeable trainers and family like atmosphere . No matter your age or fitness level , they adapt it to your ability and make you feel comfortable . No need to feel intimidated if you are a beginner and as strenuous and challenging as you can imagine if you are a crossfit veteran . Keeping it an extremely Covid safe atmosphere with mandatory cleaning and spacing .

The atmosphere is great. They are patient with you in the beginning and still push you to do your best. I highly recommend giving it a try.
