Staff is so friendly and communicative. The instructors/owner are so informative and knowledgeable— they explain everything! The Sauna is in a private room what I think doubles as a meeting space/office. But all in all, very relaxing! I came out feeling so refreshed!!

Awesome inferared sauna not suffocating hot as the typical sauna but yet does great in getting the job done and very kind and awesome customer service, they provide you with lots of information
