Excellent bagels!!! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The owners are very personable and interactive with the guess. A wonderful atmosphere and good service.

Service was not the best but the bagels were good. I stood around waiting for a bakers dozen as others in line passed by. One employee asked another to help me and she said it's not my job.

Great food, but the owners make annoying comments at times. I thought it was just me, but friends have mentioned similar incidents. Perhaps they (owners) might be better off greeting customers, rather than commenting on selections and preferences. Aside from owners, the food is excellent!!
